![]() ![]() Worn out, she goes upstairs and tries the beds, where the head of the first bed is too high, the second too low and the third is so comfortable that she falls asleep. Then she goes into the parlor and tries three chairs, finding one too hard, one too soft and one just right, so she rocks happily in it until it falls apart. She tries all three and finds one too hot, one too cold and one just right, so she eats it all. Goldilocks comes to their house, walks right in and sits herself down at the table. In the forest, there’s a family of bears whose breakfast porridge is too hot, so they go out for a bike ride to let it cool. Goldilocks is sent to buy muffins and specifically told not to go through the forest, but she does anyway as she is a little bit of a brat. The plot in a nutshell: Goldilocks makes herself at home in the bears’ house “That’s what you think,” said a neighbor. ![]() “What a sweet child,” said someone new in town. ![]() Once there was a little girl called Goldilocks.
